How long does it take to receive my tiara/hair accessory?

All Items are handmade, please allow up to28 days for your items to be dispatched.

I need my items in less than 28 days, is it possible?

Yes but please contact us first before placing an order so that we can guarantee you will receive your item in time.

Can my items be delivered to a different address?

Yes please make this clear when you place your order.

Can I return my tiara?

As all our tiaras are handmade to order they cannot be returned.

I've seen a tiara but I would like to make a few amendments, is this possible?

Yes we will try as far as possible to meet your individual requirements. Please contact us with your requirements before placing an order. Depending on the alterations the price may vary but we will discuss this with you first.

I'm on a budget, can you make something to fit my budget?

Yes we will work with you as far as possible to meet all budgets.

I would like to have the tiara/hair accessory to match my bridesmaid dresses/outfit, can you do this?

We will try to find a matching coloured crystal, please contact us first to discuss as we will require a sample of the fabric.
